The Writ Petition is filed with the following
prayers:
“(i) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other
appropriate writ order or direction directing
the family court, Ernakulam to dispose of
M.C.No.293/05 along with O.P.No.131/04 pending
before that court;
(ii) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other
appropriate writ order or direction directing
family court, Ernakulam to consider documents
marked in O.P.No.131/04 while disposing
M.C.293/05;”
2. Heard counsel on both sides. Learned counsel
for the respondent only apprehends that the attempt of
the petitioner is to further protract the disposal of
the cases.
The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the
Family Court, Ernakulam to dispose of O.P.No.131 of
W.P.(C). NO.3712 OF 2007

2004 along with M.C.No.293 of 2005, within a period of
two months from the date of production of a copy of
this judgment.
