Heard
learned Advocates appearing on behalf of respective parties.
In
this petition, in all 18 petitioners are there and one common
petition has been preferred. Therefore, learned advocate Mr.Shigroha
for petitioners has submitted that he will file one page petitions
for petitioners No.2 to 18, except petitioner No.1 – SURENDRASINH
JIVANSINH RATHOD. He has however
submitted that some suitable directions may be issued to Registry of
this Court to accept such one page petitions while dispensing with
list of events, annexures, affidavit, vakalatnama and index.
In
light of aforesaid submissions made by learned advocate Mr.Shigroha
for petitioners, it is directed to the Registry of this Court to
accept such one page petitions while dispensing with list of events,
annexures, affidavit, vakalatnama and index etc. After receiving one
page petitions from petitioners’ learned advocate, matters are to be
circulated on tomorrow i.e. on 30.8.2011 for admission before this
Court.
