Learned Standing Counsel pointed out that this writ petition has been filed
against an order of transfer dated 18.7.2000 by which the petitioner has been
transferred. He submits that it appears that by lapse of time, this writ petition
has become infructuous as such it deserves to be dismissed.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this writ petition is hereby dismissed as
infructuous.

Interim order if any, stands discharged.

No order is passed as to costs.
