The petition was filed against the impugned order of transfer dated
15.1.2008, which has been stayed vide order dated April 9, 2008.
The petition is finally disposed of without any modification to the
order dated April, 9, 2008 with an observation that the authorities
shall be at liberty to pass appropriate orders regarding transfer of
the petitioner, if ever a need be in future.
