                                   JUDGMENT

Thanks to co-operation extended by the parties and also

the learned counsel appearing on both sides and the steps taken

by the court for settling the disputes between them amicably, it

is heartening to note that they have settled the disputes. The

appellant in the above appeals has paid an amount of Rs.1.25

lakhs to the respondent and she has received the same. It is

submitted that nothing survives as far as these appeals are

concerned. Therefore, both appeals are dismissed.
