This application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure,
1908 seeking transfer of the proceedings under Section 198 (4) of
the U. P. Zamindari Abolition & Land Reforms Act is not
maintainable and accordingly stands dismissed with liberty to the
applicant to take such appropriate proceedings as may be advised
and maintainable under law.
