06. 13.10.2011 Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf

of the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing on

behalf of the opposite parties.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

opposite parties prays for adjournment only for today on

the ground that one of the family members of the learned

counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties is

seriously ill. However the learned counsel appearing on

behalf of the petitioner submits that tomorrow is the date

fixed for issuance of writ for delivery of possession in

the execution case. In reply, the learned counsel for the

opposite parties has submitted that the presiding officer

of the Court where the execution case is pending has

been transferred and as such there is no likelihood of

further proceeding in the execution case tomorrow.

In view of the aforesaid submission by the

learned counsel for the opposite parties, the matter is

passed over for the day.
