Lakhisarai under orders dated 8/25.7.2011 to comply the orders

of the High Court dated 6.9.2010, Annexure-1 he has neither

reported compliance nor has filed any show cause. In the

circumstances, this Court has no option but to direct for

appearance of the Collector, Lakhisarai on 3.8.2011.

Put up on 3.8.2011 maintaining its position in the

same list.
