order dated 17.11.2009, petition being Special Civil Application
No.5616 of 1997 was dismissed for non-prosecution. The present
application is filed seeking restoration of Special Civil Application
No.5616 of 1997. When the application is taken up for hearing today,
learned advocate for the applicant is not present in the Court today
also. Hence, application fails and deserves to be rejected for
non-prosecution. The application stands dismissed for
non-prosecution.
