Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Against the order impugned the petitioner has an alternative
remedy available by way of filing an appeal before the
Commissioner of the Division. Therefore, the petitioner is
relegated to file an appeal before the Commissioner of the
Division who shall decide the same, if possible, within a period of
two months from the date of filing of an appeal.

With the aforesaid direction the writ petition is disposed of finally.
