This is a petition for quashing of FIR on the basis of

compromise.

Report of the trial Court has been received, in which it is

mentioned that parties have arrived at a compromise.

So, in view of compromise and in view of authority reported

as Kulwinder Singh and others vs. State of Punjab and others

2007 (3) RCR (Criminal) 1052, FIR No. 97 dated 20.3.2006, under

Sections 452, 323, 427, 506, 148, 149 IPC, registered at P.S. Civil

Lines, Patiala, District Patiala, (Annexure P-1) stands quashed.

Further proceedings, in pursuant to that FIR also stand quashed.
