ORAL ORDER

As
stated in the petition, the petitioner is a driver, working under
respondent No.3 and his initial appointment was made for a period of
11 months. The petitioner apprehends that his services will be
terminated, though the work of driver is of a perennial nature.
Hence, he has approached this Court by filing this petition.

At
the very outset, Mr.J.K.Parmar, learned counsel for the petitioner,
submits that the interest of justice would be met if the petitioner
is permitted to make a representation to respondent No.3,
who may be directed to consider the same.

On
the above statement being made by the learned counsel for the
petitioner, no other order is required to be passed, save and except,
that if the petitioner makes a representation to respondent No.3, the
said respondent shall consider and decide it, in accordance with law.

It
is clarified that this order has been passed without entering into
the merits of the case.

The
petition is disposed of, in the above terms.

Direct
Service is permitted.
