The petitioner claims pension including that he works as Seasonal
Collection Amin which has not been done by the authorities
concerned.

The grievance of the petitioner is that pursuant to the Government
Order dated 28.7.1989 he is entitled for inclusion of service as a
Seasonal Collection Amin for determination of pension. However,
the Government Order dated 28.7.1989 has not been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed a
week’s time to file the aforesaid Government Order by way of a
supplementary affidavit. List thereafter.
