Special Basic Teaching Certificate Course-2008 has already

been referred to a larger Bench under the order of the

Division Bench dated 9 th July, 2010 passed in Civil Misc.

Writ Petition No. 3733 of 2009 (Jitendra Kumar Soni & Ors.

versus State of U.P. & others) and connected writ petitions.

List this petition after the decision of the larger Bench.
