Vide order dated 15.12.2010, petitioner was directed to serve
notice on the opposite party personally and file supplementary affidavit by
20.12.2010. However, on 21.12.2010, time has been extended till
04.01.2010. But, in spite of that neither notice served nor supplementary
affidavit filed by the petitioner. Again, the present interlocutory application
has been filed for extension of time.

It appears from the record that petitioner is enjoying the interim
order right from 30th November 2010. But, in spite of that he is not serving
the notice as per the direction of this Court.

Accordingly, interim order dated 30.11.2010 is hereby vacated.
Time of service of notice, as prayed by the petitioner, is
extended for another one week.

Let this order be communicated to the court below for
necessary action.

I.A. No.2792 of 2010 is accordingly disposed of.
