This is in continuation of this commission’s Interim Decision dated 19/05/2009.
As scheduled, the matter was heard on 22/05/2009. Shri R.K. Sharma, Deputy
Director(CL) appeared before the Commission and submitted a copy of the para-wise
reply sent by him to the Appellant.
DECISION
2. As the CPIO has supplied para-wise information to the Appellant, the Appeal has
become infructuous and is dismissed.
