11. 9.8.2010. In view of order dated 8.7.2010,

affidavit has not been filed by the

petitioners. However, it has been prayed by

Shri A.B. Ojha, learned counsel appearing on

behalf of the petitioners to grant some more

time.

Accordingly, the case is adjourned

for two weeks.

In the meanwhile, it is expected that

the petitioners will comply with the earlier

order.

Put up this case on 23rd August,2010.

The court expects that in the

meanwhile, both the parties will settle their

dispute.
