2/ 14.09.2011 It has been submitted that even now the petitioner is

ready to settle the dispute with the complainant.

Issue notice to the opposite party no.2.

Requisites under registered cover with A.D. as also

under ordinary process must be filed within ten days, failing which,

this application, as against her, shall stand rejected without further

reference to the Bench.

Rule is made returnable within three months.

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be taken

against the petitioner in connection with Complaint Case No.14 of

2010 pending in the court of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,

Bikramganj, Rohtas.
