This application has been filed for quashing Annexure-1,
the order dated 10.01.2011 passed by learned Sub-Judge-1 at
Seraikella in Title (Partition) Suit No. 06 of 2006. I find no illegality in
the said order.

Thus I am not inclined to interfere with the same.
Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
