Heard learned AGA and perused the record.
The present application has been filed in case crime no.1737 pf 2008 under
Section 307, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3(2) SC/ST and 7 Law Criminal Law
Amendment Act, PS. Saidpur District Ghazipur.
According to the prosecution case the specific role of firing was assigned to
the applicant. There were firearm injuries at the abdomen of the injured
Ramji and another injured Shyama has also received injuries.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on merit, at this stage it
is not a fit case for bail and this bail application is accordingly rejected.
However, the trial court is expected to conclude the trial as expeditiously as
possible without unreasonable delay and unnecessary adjournment.
