Present: Mr. I.D. Singla, Advocate, for the petitioner.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the order (Annexure P-7),
vide which he has been ordered to be compulsorily retired. The appeal
and revision filed by the petitioner have also been dismissed vide orders
Annexures P-9 and P-11.

A perusal of the case file shows that the petitioner has been
held guilty for driving a vehicle in a rash and negligent manner as a
result of which the vehicle belonging to CISF was damaged and three
CISF persons received severe injuries. An inquiry has been conducted
against the petitioner as he has been found guilty. The petitioner has
been retired compulsorily with full pensionery benefits.

We find no ground to interfere in the finding arrived at by
the competent authority.
