02. 22.07.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner along with others is alleged for taking

away informant’s brother from the cricket field, who did not

return rather his dead body recovered in the next morning is

corroborated by other witnesses as observed by the

Additional Sessions Judge while refusing his bail, hence is

not entitled for bail.

Accordingly, petitioner’s prayer for regular bail

stands rejected.
