This application has been filed with a prayer to expedite the proceedings of
criminal revision no. 349 of 2009 and criminal revision no. 350 of 2009 under
sections 147,148,149,323,448,427,342,420,506 and 386 I.P.C. P.S. Civil
Lines district Allahabad.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the
proceedings of the above mentioned case shall be heard and disposed within
two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order after
hearing both the parties.

With the above direction the application is finally disposed of.
