This application for extension of interim order dated 13.4.1999
[C.M.Application No. 122047 of 2009] has been filed by Sri Syed Irfan
Ahmad, petitioner in person.
Petitioner, who appears in person, submits that while entertaining the writ
petition, this Court, vide order dated 13.4.2009, granted interim order but
when the case was listed on 10.8.2009, the Hon’ble Court to whom the matter
was tied up was not holding the Court and as such, interim order could not be
extended and as such, the instant application for extension of interim order
dated 13.4.1999 has been filed.
Since this Court, while applying mind, granted the interim order on
13.4.1999, as such, interim order dated 13.4.1999 is hereby extended till the
next date of listing.
List again, showing the name of Sri P.K. Singh Vats as counsel for the
respondents in the cause list.
