Learned counsel for the appellants submits

that a number of appeals arising out of the same

judgment of the learned Single Judge are pending

consideration before the Division Bench presided over by

Hon’ble Mr. Justice P.C. Verma. In that view of the

matter, as prayed for by him, let this matter go out of our

board to be placed before the same Bench after obtaining

necessary orders of the Hon’ble the Chief Justice.
