By means of the present writ petition, the petitioners have sought to challenge
the examination conducted in the month of August 2009 in which they were
declared unsuccessful.

If the petitioners had any grievance with regard to the conduct of the
examination, they should have approached the Court immediately or shortly
after the examination. At this distance of time, no relief can be granted to
them. We are not inclined to interfere in the present writ petition on the
ground of laches. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
