These two writ petitions are filed by the same

petitioner. Counsel appearing for the petitioner in

both these writ petitions submit that the petitioner

seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the same.

Permission is granted. The writ petitions are

dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the right

of the petitioner to agitate the issues if fresh cause

of action arises.
