Going by the grounds raised, we feel that this Review Petition is

an attempt to re-hear the Writ Appeal again. In other words, this R.P is

filed as if it is a first appeal against the judgment under review. We

feel that these are matters, which can only be considered in an appeal

and not in a review petition. Accordingly, the Review Petition is

dismissed.
