                              J U D G M E N T

Petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P1 order passed by the

first respondent in the matter of grade promotion. It is seen that

the petitioner has since retired from service. In case the

petitioner has still any grievance left, he may approach the

Government, in which case, appropriate action in accordance with

law, with notice to the petitioner will be taken within another

three months.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
