Counsel for the review petitioners is absent

and there is no representation even on his behalf.

Counsel for the respondent submits that the first

review petitioner T.P.Ayyappan passed away on

9.2.2008 and the second review petitioner

K.P.Krishnan passed away on 13.4.2007. It is seen

that memo in that behalf is already filed before

this Court. No steps are taken to bring on record

the legal representatives of the review

petitioners. Consequent on death of both the review

petitioners, this review petition has abated and is

closed.
