                          J U D G M E N T

The prayer sought in this writ petition is for a direction to the

1st respondent to consider Ext.P5, a representation made by the

petitioner for release of salary arrears.

Taking into account the case of the petitioner regarding the

pendency of Ext.P5, I dispose of this writ petition directing the 1st

respondent to consider the said representation. This shall be

done, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within 4 weeks of

production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of this

writ petition.
