                             J U D G M E N T

When the matter was taken up for consideration today, the

learned counsel for the petitioner Smt.Jeena Joseph submits that

petitioner has received substantial portion of the retirement

benefits. Therefore no further issue survives in this writ

petition. If there is any issue regarding further amount other

than that received the right to agitate the matter before the

competent authority may be left open, it is prayed. Accordingly,

the writ petition is closed.
