                         JUDGMENT

Ext.P1 is an application made by the petitioner for

revision of timings in respect of the stage carriage bearing

registration No.KL 11/T 2664.

Taking into account the grievance of the petitioner the

writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to

consider and pass orders thereon. This shall be done as

expeditiously as possible and at any rate within 8 weeks from

the date of production of a copy of the judgment.
