The learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the writ

petition may be closed in view of the developments pursuant to

the orders passed by this Court and without prejudice to the

rights of the petitioners to seek appropriate relief before the

Civil court with respect to her property rights.

2. The writ petition is closed without prejudice to the

right of the petitioners to approach Civil court with respect to

her property rights.
