respondents.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned
Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents. By consent of both the
counsel, the writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.
3. This writ petition has been filed for a direction against the second
respondent to disburse the provident fund with accrued interest in pursuance of
the representation dated 30.05.2005.
4. Considering the limited relied sought for in this writ petition, this
Court is inclined to issue a direction, without going into the merits of the
case.
5. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to consider the
representation of the petitioner dated 30.05.2005 and pass orders in accordance
with law, within a period four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.
6. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. There is
no order as to costs.
