                          J U D G M E N T

Challenge is on Exhibit P4 order passed by the Director of

Public Instruction dated 05.04.2000. The same was the subject

matter of another original petition No. 14625/2001. This Court in

the judgment dated 03.04.2006 has upheld the said order.

Though by way of clerical mistake it is stated in the judgment

that the order is Exhibit P5, the order is actually Exhibit P4 in the

said original petition. Thus, there is no merit in this original

petition and it is accordingly dismissed.
