                           JUDGMENT

Petitioner submits that going by the seniority, though he is

eligible for disbursement of DCRG and Commute Value of

Pension, he is not disbursed the amount so far. Today when the

matter was taken up, it is undertaken on behalf of the

respondent that the amount due to the petitioner will be

disbursed within one month.

Recording the submission thus made, the writ petition is

closed.
