There is a delay of 515 days in filing this appeal. We

have perused the affidavit filed in support of the delay

condonation petition and we are of the view that sufficient

grounds have not been made out to condone the delay of 515

days. Similar cases are dismissed by us (MACT Nos.1540 &

1544/07) since sufficient grounds have not been made out to

condone the delay. We therefore, dismiss both the petition

for condonation of delay and the appeal.
