According to office report opposite party no.1 has been served. But
he is not present today.

Let bailable warrant be issued against him to produce the detenue
i.e. petitioners nos. 2 and 3 namely Anam Siddiqui and Armaan
Shad before this Court on 03.02.2010.

Sri Tariq Siddiqui, is said to has come out of the illegal custody of
his father who is present today before this Court. He has been
identified by the learned counsel for the petitioners. He says that he
was being ill behaved by his father.

Be that as it may.

At this stage, there is no need to make any observation in this
regard.
