be not admitted or disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

Requisites for notice by ordinary process as well as under

registered cover with A/D must be filed within two weeks

failing which this application as against O.P. No.2 shall stand

rejected without any further reference to the Bench.

Till appearance of O.P. No.2, further proceeding

before the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in

Complaint Case No.707 C/2009 shall remain stayed.
