Present application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for
quashing of the Charge-sheet No. 124/2007 dated 10.5.2007 in
respect of Case Crime No. 100/2007, under Section 363, 366,
120B I.P.C., P.S. Khaga, District Fatehpur and to stay the further
proceeding of Case No. 1733 of 2007 pending in the Court of
A.C.J.M., Fatehpur.

List revised. None present to press the present application under
Section 482 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is
rejected for want of prosecution. Interim order dated 11.1.2008 is
hereby discharged.
