and Mr. Satyabir Bharti, learned Assistant Counsel

for Additional Advocate General No.3 for the

respondents are present. As contemplated by order

dated 17.9.2010, learned Government Counsel has

today filed the requisite affidavit wherein it is stated

that, in view of the adjustments already made, the

petitioner is no longer liable to pay any dues so far as

the present proceedings are concerned.

In that view of the matter, as prayed for by

learned counsel for the petitioner, put up on

3.11.2010 to enable him to verify the position.
