Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. and perused the
record.

Connect with Criminal appeal No. 2132 of 2009.
It is contended by learned counsel for the appellant that according to the
prosecution version, the applicant has caused injuries on the person of
the injured, in the said incident, two persons have sustained injuries.
The injured Jaismeen has sustained seven injuries but none of the injury
was on the vital part having any internal damage and injured Matloob
has sustained one incised wound on the left forearm, the appellant is in
jail since 31.5.2005.

Let the appellant Tayyab Hasan convicted in S.T. No. 492 of 2005
arising out of Case Crime No. 232 of 2005 under sections 452 and 307
I.P.C., Police Station Amarya, District Pilibhit be released on bail on
his furnishing a personal bond and two heavy sureties each in the like
amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
The realization of fine shall remain stayed during the pendency of the
appeal.
