02/ 23.09.2011 Counsel for the State has filed show cause

stating that two petitioners were not eligible for

appointment in terms of the advertisement dated

14.6.2001 and as they were not eligible for

appointment on the date of advertisement, their case

has not been considered.

As requested by the counsel for the

petitioners, put up on 25.10.2011 at 10.30 A.M. so as

to enable him to file reply of the aforesaid show

cause.
