Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. and perused the
material on record.

Since prima facie offence for which the applicants have been summoned is
disclosed. I am not inclined to interfere and quash the prosecution of Case no.
764 of 2009, under sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Rath, District
Hamirpur.

This application is dismissed with a direction that the bail prayer of the
applicants in the aforesaid crime be considered expeditiously, if possible on
the same day.
