Mr.Janak
V.Japee, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be
permitted to withdraw the petition, in order to file an application
before the Additional Development Commissioner, Gandhinagar, who may
be directed to dispose of the main application,which is fixed for
28-4-2010,expeditiously.

In
view of the above statement,the only order that is required to be
passed is that if the petitioner approaches the Additional
Development Commissioner,Gandhinagar with an application for
expeditious hearing of the main matter, the same may be considered.

In
view of the above, permission to withdraw the petition is granted.
The petition is disposed of,as withdrawn.
