and perused the impugned order dated 24th October,
2008 passed by the District & Sessions Judge,
Pali.

There is no error in the order passed by
the learned trial court because admittedly in the
application filed by the petitioner no details of
witnesses were furnished. Hence, no interference
in the order passed by the learned trial court is
required under Article 227 of the Constitution of
India. However, if petitioner files any
application with details, the same may be
considered in accordance with law.
With the above observation/direction,
this writ petition is disposed of.
