This petition is filed by the plaintiff in

O.S.128/97 on the file of Sub Court, Alappuzha to

transfer the case to Sub Court, Ernakulam.

According to petitioner, she is suffering from

various diseases and is aged 67 years and is not

able to travel to Alappuzha and contest the case.

Though notice was served on the respondent, he did

not appear or opposed the prayer. No objection was

also filed. Hence petition is allowed. O.S.128/97

of Sub Court, Alappuzha is withdrawn and

transferred to Sub Court, Ernakulam for disposal in

accordance with law.
