This appeal is filed by the Revenue against the orders passed by

the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C).No.8346 of 2007 dated 16.03.2007.

2. The issues raised in this appeal are identical with the issues

raised and considered by this Court on W.A.No.1287 of 2007.

3. Following the observations made in the aforesaid Writ Appeal,

this Writ Appeal is disposed of in the same terms and conditions and the

directions issued in that case.
