10 05.09.2011 On 26.08.2011 the petitioners were granted

liberty to furnish a written list of dates concerning the

events. The same has been filed. However, a short note of

submissions has also been filed therewith.

In above view of the matter, learned counsel

appearing for the Bihar State Housing Board, if he so

desires, may also file a short note of submissions along with

a list of relevant dates by 7th of September, 2011.
